# BETA Phase **Stage 1** of AnyDex’s 3-stage roll-out will be a **BETA** phase. This phase will last approximately 2-4 weeks, starting **immediately** from launch. During the BETA phase, trades will only be available as paper trades. This is designed to provide users with a chance to become accustomed to AnyDex’s innovative new model and its unique features and benefits. As the BETA phase won’t **involve** real money, it will create a risk-free environment for users to test-out the AnyDex software, ideas, and overall concept. This will ensure a smooth launch upon Phase 1 of the mainnet rollout.
